I have been doing DSLR photography since 2007. I love it, and I like being able to express certain passions of mine through the medium of photography. I have experience shooting all kinds things, including: weddings, newborns, birthdays, parties, family portraits, funerals (yes, funerals), MMA events, school portraits, etc... But my biggest passion is wildlife, and my specialty--if I have one--is wild horses.

One Stallion takes on Two Challengers in This Fight Series

  1. Hi, Wade. I typed a very nice, very long comment and somehow it disappeared! I'll try again. I've been following and photographing the Onaqui since 2005. I was shocked when I found your blog and your photos because it sounds like we were out in the desert sometimes on the very same day! I am shocked that I never ran into you. We even had a very similar circumstance with a moron who brought his dog out while he was photographing the herd. Who does that? I mean, really! I was so furious but the dog almost got trampled by the Pinto that I call Charger, so he was lucky to escape with his life. I looked everywhere for a way to contact you and couldn't find any. I would love to trade stories about the herd, and swap stories, and talk equipment. If you would like to, email me at kellyjayphotography@aol.com or FB message at Facebook.com/wildhorsesbykellyjay
I look forward to hearing from you and maybe someday we will be photographing the herd at the same time. :-)
